Exchange Terms & Policy

1. After getting your exchange or refund query, your order will first be checked by our relevant team. After the assessment, you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the product)

2. If a customer gets the wrong product after purchasing, we will exchange the product for free shipping.

3. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.

4. The product must include the original tags and accessories

5. After receiving the product within 2 days, an exchange policy will be available.

6. The exchange policy will be available for the same product only.

7. No refund or exchange for discounted products.

Refund Terms & Policy

If we are unable to deliver any paid order of our customer in that case we refund the amount to our customer.

We refund the full amount within 07 working days.
